Why fresh works for sport

Heat and movement make heavy scents turn cloying. Citrus, marine and green notes over a clean musk base stay fresh on warm skin and read as energetic rather than heavy.

When to apply

Apply after you shower, not before a workout. A small 3ml or 6ml attar in the gym bag is the easiest way to refresh afterwards.
