Orders of ₹1,000 and above — ₹100 shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and shown before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of your order. This covers the time we take to pack and dispatch as well as the courier’s transit time.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay. All orders are prepaid; we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
You do not need an account to order — guest checkout is available.
Returns and replacements
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will send you a replacement.
We offer replacements rather than refunds.
Because fragrance is a personal and hygiene-sensitive product, we are not able to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, or returns simply because a scent was not to your taste. If you are unsure which fragrance suits you, our smaller sizes are an inexpensive way to try one first.
How to report a problem
Get in touch as soon as you notice an issue and we will sort it out. Please have your order number to hand, and a photograph of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched.
