About this fragrance
PV Bukhoor Malaki — bakhoor by Perfume Valley, available in 250g and 500g.
About this scent. It opens with amber, animal notes, jasmine middle notes sandalwood, labdanum, rum, spicy notes, tobacco and vanilla, moves into a heart of amber, animal notes, sandalwood, tobacco and vanilla and settles on agarwood (oud), animal notes and tobacco.
What bakhoor is. Bakhoor is scented wood, soaked in fragrant oils and burned rather than worn. It is how a home is perfumed across the Gulf and much of India — the smoke settles into curtains, clothes and hair and stays there for hours after the burner has gone out.
How to use it. Warm a small piece on a lit charcoal disc or in an electric burner. A piece the size of a fingernail is enough for one room. Stand the burner on a heatproof surface and never leave it burning unattended.
