02What bakhoor is
Bakhoor is scented wood, soaked in fragrant oils and burned rather than worn. It is how a home is perfumed across the Gulf and much of India — the smoke settles into curtains, clothes and hair and stays there for hours after the burner has gone out.

03How to use it
Warm a small piece on a lit charcoal disc or in an electric burner. A piece the size of a fingernail is enough for one room. Stand the burner on a heatproof surface and never leave it burning unattended.

What is the concentration of your perfumes?
All Perfume Valley fragrances are made as Pure Perfumes and Attars. Both carry a high concentration of fragrance oils for better projection and a long-lasting scent that stays with you throughout the day.
Are Perfume Valley fragrances long-lasting?
Yes! Because our entire collection is made as Pure Perfumes and Attars, they contain a much higher percentage of fragrance oils than standard retail perfumes. You can expect our scents to last anywhere from 8 to 12+ hours, depending on the specific fragrance profile.
Why are your prices so much lower than luxury brands?
We focus on what’s inside the bottle. By eliminating expensive celebrity marketing, designer licensing fees, and fancy retail showrooms, we can invest in high-quality ingredients and pass those savings directly to you.
How should I store my perfume to make it last longer?
To keep your scent fresh, store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat (avoid keeping it in the bathroom). Keeping the cap on tightly when not in use also helps preserve the oils.
Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
To keep our prices as low as possible for our customers, we focus on a streamlined, digital-first payment system. This allows us to avoid the high operating costs and shipping returns (RTO) associated with COD, and instead reinvest that money into the quality of our fragrance oils.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your package to your door. Most orders arrive within 4–7 days of being placed.
