About this scent. Leather fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Oud Maracujá was launched in 2023. The nose behind this fragrance is Jordi Fernández. Top notes are Passionfruit, Fruity Notes, Saffron and Turkish Rose;; middle notes are Agarwood (Oud), Indonesian Patchouli Leaf and Benzoin;; base notes are Leather, Akigalawood, Amber, Vanilla and Labdanum. Why an attar. An attar is a perfume oil with no alcohol in it. Nothing lifts it off the skin, so it does not throw as far as a spray — it sits close and releases slowly, which is why one application stays with you so much longer. The oil also warms with your body, so the deeper base notes come forward more than they would in a spray.
How to wear it. Dab a little on the pulse points — wrists, behind the ears, the base of the throat. Do not rub your wrists together; it crushes the opening notes.
