About this scent. Oriental Woody fragrance for men. This is a new fragrance. His Confession was launched in 2024. Top notes are Cinnamon, Lavender and Mandarin;; middle notes are Iris, Benzoin, Cypress and Mahonial;; base notes are Vanilla, Tonka, Amber, Incense, Cedarwood and Patchouli. Why an attar. An attar is a perfume oil with no alcohol in it. Nothing lifts it off the skin, so it does not throw as far as a spray — it sits close and releases slowly, which is why one application stays with you so much longer. The oil also warms with your body, so the deeper base notes come forward more than they would in a spray.
How to wear it. Dab a little on the pulse points — wrists, behind the ears, the base of the throat. Do not rub your wrists together; it crushes the opening notes.
