About this scent. Oriental fragrance for women. Omnia was launched in 2003. The nose behind this fragrance is Alberto Morillas. Top notes are Ginger, Cardamom, Pepper, Saffron and Mandarin Orange;; middle notes are Masala Chai, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Almond, Cloves and Lotus;; base notes are White Chocolate, Sandalwood, Woody Notes, Tonka Bean and Guaiac Wood. Why an attar. An attar is a perfume oil with no alcohol in it. Nothing lifts it off the skin, so it does not throw as far as a spray — it sits close and releases slowly, which is why one application stays with you so much longer. The oil also warms with your body, so the deeper base notes come forward more than they would in a spray.
How to wear it. Dab a little on the pulse points — wrists, behind the ears, the base of the throat. Do not rub your wrists together; it crushes the opening notes.
